We have created outdoor atrium gardens in each household for you to enjoy. There are also spacious indoor outdoor living areas with beautiful views, sea breezes and opportunities to spend time with friends.

Families of Marine Views Cottesloe have access to book the family guest suite for short term stays. The suite contains one double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

Aside from the existing open space on site, there are experiential garden areas for you to use. There are a number of spacious outdoor living areas for you to enjoy beautiful views, sea breezes and interact with others. As with the lounge areas, the outdoor living areas are furnished in a manner you have enjoyed in your previous home environments.

Located on the top floor of Marine Views Cottesloe with expansive ocean vistas, the library is a great space to sit in front of the fire to read a book. You can enjoy a wide collection of classic and contemporary reading materials.

The lobby lounge is a spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed area to spend time with family and friends, enjoy concerts and participate in small group activities.

Marine Views Cottesloe has a wonderful cinema on level two where you can enjoy your favourite movies in comfort with friends and loved ones. This space also acts as a non-denominational chapel, available to you and your family.

There are a number of well-placed lounge areas throughout Marine Views Cottesloe. They are tastefully furnished to a standard that reflects the home environments you are accustomed to. You can use these areas at any time including when your family and friends are visiting.
